EVENT REGISTRATION
The registration process will be using DACdb. Districts 6600, 6670 and 6690 use DACdb for their database. Districts 6630 and 6650 currently do not, but the members can access and maintain their profiles in DACdb.
- Registration OPENS Dec 1.
- $50 Late Fee starts March 1.
- Last Day to Register March 7.
- All Ohio P.E.T.S. is March 12-13, 2027
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION

Cancellation & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- You may cancel your registration online using the same link at which you registered.
- If you cannot cancel your registration online, contact the Registrar to request event cancellation, and include names of those canceling and identify specified items being canceled, along with contact information/phone number.
REFUND POLICY:
- You must request a refund in writing or by email within 10 days of the event.
- No refunds after February 15, 2027.
- All refunds subject to a $50 processing fee.
- Refunds will be issued based on the form of payment received and subject to approval by your district governor-elect.
- Refunds will be issued after the event ends.
